Sun 29th Nov at 11.30am, and 12pm
Wed 9th Dec at 2.30pm and 3pm
During these sessions, music will be played at a lower level and staff will take extra care in ensuring any additional needs are met. These sessions will be visible and highlighted on our booking system on the days they are available. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if there is anything you are concerned about in advance of your booking.
Max group size:
The max number of people who can be booked at a time is 8 people in total. If you try to book for more than 8, no availability will show. You can book more than one group of 8 for the same time and go through most of the experience together, but max 8 can meet Santa at a time due to capacity in the grotto.
