Sensory Friendly times:

We will hold our sensory friendly session of The Christmas Experience on Sun 30th November at 12pm and Wed 10th December at 4pm. Music is lowered, capacities are reduced, all to make the event a sensory inclusive experience for all. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate all.

Max group size:

The max number of people who can be booked at a time is 8 people in total. If you try to book for more than 8, no availability will show. You can book more than one group of 8 for the same time and go through most of the experience together, but max 8 can meet Santa at a time due to capacity in the grotto.
